PAYMENT & REFUND

We accept payment on our website via kiple pay via FPX (online banking) and credit card.

We are only give you STORE CREDIT if any claim for exchange item. We do not have cash refund term. Any refund will be give by store credit in our website.

Sale and discounted item (s) are not eligible to EXCHANGE, RETURN or REFUND.

The estimated delivery period on normal day is within 3 to 7 working days. During sale, please be expected delay for 7 to 14 working days.

Kindly note that the delivery period is an estimation and we are not able to guarantee the date of arrival which may sometimes be disrupted due to delivery issue at the Courier Company or customs.

We are using Poslaju Malaysia.

Tracking number will be given after the parcel already shipped out from our warehouse. Please visit the courier official website to track your parcel status. 

ORDERS CUT OFF TIME 

The daily delivery cut off time is 12pm, Monday to friday (except on Public Holiday). We are not process order on weekend.

Except sale time, we will operate on Saturday.
